A few IMPORTANT notes about the event:


Please be advised this is a COVID Safe Event. If you bought multiple tickets please make sure everyone in your party is advised of the following:

All guests attending the event must show:

Proof of full vaccination for all attendees ages 12 and up;

OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours prior to entry; AND Photo ID that matches proof of vaccination or negative test result required for all ticketed guests. (See below for more information)

Anyone who doesn’t have proof of vaccination status or a negative covid test will not be allowed into the event. NO EXCEPTIONS


The event will be outside at night so please dress warmly.

Doors open for VIP at 5pm but we will begin checking people in at 4:30. Doors open for General Admission at 6pm. Ceremony starts at 7pm.

There will be parking on site but other forms of transportation (Uber, Cab, Etc.) are encouraged. For trucks taller than 8′ please follow signs to the alternative parking lot.

Give yourself plenty of time to get to the event as this will be during Friday rush hour traffic.

Covid-19 Tests

  • Must be taken within 72 hours of event.
  • Must match the name on your state issued ID.

Accepted COVID-19 TESTS

  • The type of test is antigen (Ag) or PCR/NAAT COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2
  • The result is from a laboratory or healthcare or test provider or patient platform for the healthcare provider.
  • No at home tests will be accepted.
