Simi Valley, CA (December, 2024) – As the traditional Holiday Season approaches the Skateboarding Hall of Fame announces its inaugural Annual Giving Campaign. Located in Simi Valley, SHoF’s founder and director, Todd Huber, explains, “’The Giving Campaign’ will support the upcoming year’s operating budget and foster a community of philanthropy that will help SHoF develop its future.”
As a non-profit organization SHoF has always been dedicated to preserving and developing skateboarding’s culture through its programs, displays, and out-reach projects into communities around the world.
Todd adds, “For this first campaign we are asking for each of us to call upon family, friends, colleagues, and community and business partners to ask for their support in the form of tax-deductible donations to SHoF.”
Please, consider donating today whether you’re simply interested in supporting skateboarding, or a SHoF inductee, a previous SHoF supporter, or part of the ever-expanding family of skateboarders around the world. Your support will help preserve SHoF’s programs, including skate-related events, the annual induction ceremony festivities, and skate camps and workshops.
Together, as skateboarding family, we actively collaborate to create SHoF’s unique and special setting where skateboarding’s past, present and future can be appreciated by visitors of all ages. Skateboarding’s historical narrative includes the personalities, current and past, plus one of the largest collections of skateboards ever assembled, and skateboarding’s historical media, and famous artifacts—all on display each and every day.
